Every time you try to take a screenshot, or just run or exit any full-screen application, you get this NOD32 Antivirus notification with a yellow exclamation mark:

Let’s get right to resolving this. It’s a quick fix.
Step 1: Enter NOD32’s settings
Double-click the NOD32 icon (which now is a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark) and enter the NOD32 GUI.

In the left panel, click on Setup.
Then, click on “Enter advanced setup…”, as shown below:

Step 2: Disable Gamer mode
Navigate to the “Gamer mode” page by expanding “Computer”. This is done by clicking on the tiny “+” on the left side of “Computer” on the top-left.
The page should look like this:

In the right panel, uncheck the “Enable Gamer mode when running applications in full-screen mode automatically” setting, and click on OK.
Exit NOD32.
That’s it. You have fixed the issue. The reason you were facing this was that the gaming mode in NOD32 Antivirus disables or at least lowers the priority of the sub-processes of the antivirus when a game is running, therefore increasing your game’s performance. So, every time you would run a full-screen task, it would trigger NOD32’s gaming mode as it would think that full-screen task is a game, and so it would do what it is said to be done when a game is running—disable or lower the priority of the antivirus’s background processes. That causes the “ESET NOD32 Antivirus requires your attention” alert to be produced. Now, you know.
